Intelligence
Free MRR analytics for every Recovery merchant. Predictive risk scoring is the paid layer.
How Intelligence works
Intelligence runs nightly across the customers on your connected Stripe account. For each one it reads three things: whether they have engaged with a recovery email recently, what their payment history looks like, and what they are worth to you. Those combine into a score from 0 to 100.
The score is a way of sorting. What it is for is finding the customers worth your attention before they leave.
The three bands
Customers
The customers page lists everyone on the account, sorted by score with the lowest first, and it can be searched and filtered by plan and by band.
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Customer | Name and email, from Stripe. |
| Plan | The current plan tier. |
| MRR | What that customer contributes each month. |
| Health | The 0 to 100 score, in its band's colour. |
| Last seen | When the customer was last active. |
| Signals | What moved the score: recovery history, disputes, engagement. |
Churn and MRR
The churn page splits your monthly recurring revenue across the three bands, so the question it answers is how much money is sitting in at-risk customers rather than how many of them there are.
The MRR view carries total monthly recurring revenue, how many customers are active, and the movement behind the total: new, expansion, reactivation, contraction and churn. A month whose headline barely moves can still be hiding a lot of both, which is what the movement view is for.
What is free and what is paid
Every Recovery merchant gets MRR, movements, churn, and cohort analytics at no charge. This is not a trial, it stays free for as long as you use Recovery.
The $199 per month layer adds predictive risk scoring on top of the free analytics, surfacing which customers are trending toward churn before it happens.
